MISSION
To strengthen rural economies through inclusive enterprise development, skills enhancement, women’s empowerment, environmental resilience, and sustainable livelihood systems.

Enterprise and MSME growth — Launch training and incubation centers that grow MSMEs and cooperatives through incubation, supply chain, market linkages, and financial inclusion.
Women’s inclusive leadership — Build women’s economic participation and leadership, and ensure meaningful inclusion of marginalized segments through accessible programs and site upgrades.
Climate resilience — Deliver climate-adaptation and renewable-energy initiatives, and expand education, health, and IT access in underserved and remote communities, while strengthening Village and Women Organizations toward independent operation.
Partnerships and sustainability — Formalize partnerships with government, INGOs, NGOs, CBOs, private sector, and academia; drive research and policy engagement; and mobilize funding and technical resources to sustain programs.
